Steps for a Competitive Order
- Task Orders may be issued as Time and Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed-Price, or Performance Based with incentives.
- Labor rate ceilings for a wide range of labor categories are pre-negotiated, rates may be discounted for a particular task. AGTech will help you through the ordering process.
Steps for Directed Order, 8(a)
For rapid response, the SBA permits direct awards for tasks up to $3.5 million. 8(a) awards are not protestable.

Consult with AGTech to plan project/tasks, develop work and prepare estimates - Prepare for Acquisition
Submit requisition, listing Team AGTech as the sole provider and add funding information Award Task and Execute After AGTech receives task order work begins
